The annual fees payble by Members of the Society shall be those fixed from time to time by resolution of the National Board of Directors and shall be payable in accordance to policies approved by the National Board of Directors.
ARTICLE IV - CERTIFICATION OF DOCUMENTS
The President of the Society or another officer whom the Board of Directors may designate shall have the authority to certify specific documents.
